Frequently Asked Questions

  • Logos can be added to most products however, we will confirm with you the decoration method recommended based on the product and your logo type.

  • We recommend sending us your logo in a vector format.  These formats are typically in a PDF file, AI file, SVG file or an EPS file.

  • Each product has a different decoration cost based on the decoration method and the quantity of items.

  • Timelines vary based on the products and the quantities however, we can typically turn items around in 2-3 weeks. For larger products and kits that are packaged and shipped to individuals, the timeline is typically closer to 4 weeks.

  • We currently ship only domestically.  If you have the need for international shipping, please contact us and we can see if we are capable of shipping the items internationally, as we work with international shipping & freight partners.

  • Yes! That is one of our specialties. We can ship to individuals via UPS however, we do not recommend drop-shipping to PO boxes.

  • Yes, every item has a minimum that is set by our supplier partners.  Minimums typically range from 6 units- 96 unts.

  • Yes, we can offer samples prior to a full order being placed.  We do ask that samples be paid for as we are a non-stock distributor so all samples need to be ordered. 

  • Of course!  We’re happy to send you a decorated sample prior to your full order being processed. Please note, we don’t recommend pre-production samples as it’s timely, costly and can delay the timeline of your order significantly.  However, we are always happy to accommodate to ensure your happy with the product and decoration prior to production of the full order.

  • Of course!  Just ask and we’re always happy to reach out to the brand and see what their inventory and availability may look like.

  • Yes, not a problem!  We are happy to create a website link for you to send out to recipients.  From there, we can collect the necessary information and send you a recap of all of the data. 

  • Yes!  Please contact us about your project and we can send over a personalized quote which will show the MSRP of the product compared to the bulk discount we are able to extend.

  • We accept credit cards, check and ACH.  For all orders paid via credit card there is a 3% credit card processing fee.  We require payment in full before an order can be processed. 

  • We are unable to return products after a logo is added to an item. Additionally, once an order has been paid, the order is confirmed and we cannot accept any form of return accept in the rare case an item has been discontinued or is out of stock.
